Rule 51 B Limitation and payment of Overspill Claims

Without prejudice to any other applicable limit, the Association's liability under a P&I entry for an Overspill Claim shall be limited pursuant to the terms and conditions as are set out in Appendix VI.

The Association's obligation to pay a compensation in respect of an Overspill Claim shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are set out in Appendix VI.
