Rule 19 Reserves

The Association may establish and maintain such reserves as it may deem appropriate and may decide that any part of such reserves shall be applied to reduce Supplementary Calls including Overspill Calls.

Reserve funds may not be distributed to the Members except as provided for in the Articles of Association.
